Gingerbread Workshop

Create a Gingerbread Centrepiece for your table and impress your family & friends this Holiday season!

You'll have the opportunity to take a simple gingerbread structure and embellish it with shingles, shutters, windows, icicles, and trim work, but the real fun is the landscape. Create a rolling landscape with hills, trees, fences and woodland animals frolicking in a winter wonderland. Or perhaps design a farm scene, toy factory, nativity scene, Tiki hut or even your own yard complete with street sign. Carrie will share ideas, recipes and techniques to help you create your showpiece to share this season.

Time: 10 am - 2 pm (lunch provided)
