Hard to believe that September is long gone and we're more than half way through October already! It's been an incredible time for all divisions of Hospitality Services. We've experienced record sales in many locations, successfully reintroduced Delaware Hall, launched new concepts, hosted very prestigious catered events, and continued our commitment to leaving a lighter footprint with the Farmers' Market and Rez Dining's expanded Choose-2-Reuse take-out container program; all while maintaining strong food safety practices and providing our guests with the best food service experience that we can.
I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the tremendous sense of teamwork exhibited by all throughout our various challenges over the past few months. Kudos to all of you - your efforts are greatly appreciated.
November will be another busy month with exams and holidays just around the corner. Stay focused - and healthy.
