Job Postings

As CUPE 2692 positions become available within Hospitality Services, they will now be posted on the Working at Western site.

Qualified members of the Hospitality Services team are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities and apply for postings of interest (see application process tips below). Although Western welcomes all applications from qualified individuals, first consideration will be given to qualified CUPE 2692 applicants.

Application Process

Applying for HS job postings is an online process. As a current Western employee, here are the steps to follow:

1. Log into your My HR account - you will need your UWO User ID and password.
2. Click on the "Working at Western" icon.
3. Click "View all Jobs" - the first option.
4. On the menu options along the left, click "Faculty/Unit" and then select "Hospitality Services".
5. All postings within HS will be displayed. Select the one(s) you are interested in.
6. Follow instructions to apply.

If you do not have access to a computer or require assistance, please consider the following options:

1. Check with your Manager or Supervisor to determine if it is possible to arrange access to some computer time in your unit.
2. Visit the HR Communications Centre in Support Services Building (Room 5100) as there are some public access computers. Should you have any difficulties with the online process, the HR staff will be happy to provide assistance.
3. Public libraries in London also have computer terminals available for use.
